In this short article we briefly outline our process of working with EPC’s on their Solar Farm projects and how our services can prove beneficial.
We firstly require information such as geotech reports, structural load specifications, solar array layout and the elected tracker system. We are then able to determine the specific piling needs of your project. Each of our foundation designs are customised precisely for each Solar Farm project and backed by our experienced engineering team.
Our unique ‘Solar X’ products include engineering design and certification documents alongside our QA documentation that is included with our Solar Farm Beams. Each product is intended to exceed critical standards and satisfy necessary specifications for each given project.
We ensure our foundation designs will perform on site as intended by offering pile verification testing. Tests are conducted for ease of installation and verification of lateral, tension, compression and torsion load capacities to ensure pile requirements are satisfied.
